Buying tickets is as straightforward as purchasing physical products from an online store. The checkout procedure is similar to the standard checkout process, with the added functionality of digital ticket delivery.
Basic Checkout Procedure for Buying Tickets:
Step 1. Add Tickets to Cart:
- From the Event Page
- Select the desired ticket types and quantities.
- Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button to add the tickets to your shopping cart.
Step 2. View Cart and Proceed to Checkout:
- Click on the shopping cart icon or ‘View Cart‘ button to review the items in your cart.
- Click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout‘ button to continue with the checkout process.
Step 3. Enter your Contact Information:
- Fill out the contact information fields.
- Optionally, create an account or login if you are a returning customer to expedite the checkout process.
- If you dont have an account, one will be created on checkout and your account details will be emailed to you.
Step 4. Select Payment Method:
- Choose a payment method (e.g., Payfast).
- Enter the payment details on payfast and complete the payment.
- On FREE events click on the ‘Book Now‘ button to complete tour booking.
Step 5. Order Confirmation and Digital Ticket Delivery:
- After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with a ‘My Booking’ button.
- Click on the ‘My Booking‘ button to download your digital tickets directly from the email or access them from your ‘My Account > Orders‘ page on the website.
Step 6. Print or Save Your Tickets:
- Print the tickets or save them to your mobile device for easy access and scanning at the event.
Viewing and Managing Purchased Tickets
Once you have purchased tickets, you can easily access them from your ‘My Account > Orders’ page on the website. ****Once a ticket has been redeemed the ticket will no longer display in your list of tickets.
Step 1 Access ‘Orders’ Page:
- Login to your account.
- Navigate to ‘My Account‘ and click on ‘Orders‘ to view a list of all your orders. Your booking confirmation is displayed and printable form here.
Step 8. View and Download Tickets:
- Click on the ‘Print Booking‘ button print the digital tickets as needed.
